AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA AND BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA ON BORDER CROSSING POINTS

The Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter “the Contracting Parties”), striving to contribute to the strengthening of mutual relations and cooperation between the two countries, conscious of the importance of ensuring conditions for easier crossing of the common state border and establishing a simple and efficient system of state border crossing control, taking into consideration the legislation and standards of the European Union regarding border crossing points and border crossing control, have agreed as follows:

 

 

 
Article 1

 

 

Border crossing points
Following border crossing points are designated at the common state border between the Contracting Parties:
a) border crossing points for international road traffic of goods and passengers with the pertaining inspection services, across which the transport of goods subject to inspection controls while crossing the common state border is allowed, in line with legislation of the Contracting Parties:

 
1. Stara Gradiška – Gradiška
2. Nova Sela – Bija?a

 

 

b) border crossing points for international road traffic of goods and passengers across which the transport of fruits and vegetables subject to control of market standards and determination of health safety while crossing the common state border, is allowed, in line with national legislation of the Contracting Parties:
1 Županja – Orašje
2. Li?ko Petrovo Selo – Iza?i?
3. Vinjani Donji – Gorica
4. Gornji Brgat – Ivanica

 

 
c) other border crossing points for international traffic of goods and passengers:
