Serbia arrests war time killers, rapists

Nov 6, 2009

Serbian police have arrested five people suspected of committing war crimes against civilians in eastern Bosnia in 1992, war crimes prosecutors said.

The prosecutor’s office says the men rounded up a group of Roma, or Gypsies, in July 1992, beat them with rifles, raped the women and tortured the men.

It says in a statement that the suspects later shot the prisoners to death one by one.

On July 11, 1992, suspects killed at least 11 Gypsies.

“At first they locked them in one house inside which they would beat them with riffle buts. They forced some men to have sex with themselves, forced others to have oral sex such as grandfather and grandson, and they raped the women,” said the prosecutor.

After the killing spree, the men ran off to Serbia.

In the villages of Mesic, Petkovci and Drinjaca they kept 3 women, and then shot 22 individuals one at the time, says the prosecution.

After the executions, the men returned to the village where they kept the women then went on raping them.

Prosecutor did not specify the ethnicity of the perpetrators.

The men will be kept in jail, says the prosecutor.

It doesn’t matter what ethnicity they are, they are sick perverted bastards who should be killed. These horrible crimes are an indication of just how sick and perverted they are and we don’t need to spend money on keeping scum like this is prison.

Get rid of them. It’s safer and cheaper.

This description is a pale reflect of the «orgy of persecutions », as a judge at the ICTY described the events that which went through non-Serbs during the Bosnian war.
